2005-2007 Beijing Pop Music Festival
Beijing Pop Music Festival (Beijing Pop Festival) was founded in 2005, Asia's second largest outdoor international pop music event. On September 17, 2005, the successful holding of the first Beijing Pop Music Festival rewrote the history of China's lack of international high-level outdoor large-scale modern pop music activities. The second Beijing Pop Music Festival was held in Chaoyang Park in September 2006. Compared with the first one, the planning is more reasonable, the management is more standardized, the quality is more improved, and the impact is more far-reaching.
The third Beijing Pop Music Festival was held on September 8 and 9, 2007. The third Beijing Pop Music Festival takes the responsibility of creating a positive, healthy, harmonious and progressive cultural exchange platform between China and foreign countries, further improving the organization and management, improving the performance level of artists, improving the content of activities, and providing a pop music feast with higher quality, greater influence and more internationalization for the majority of Chinese and foreign audiences, at the same time, it also played a prelude to international cultural exchanges for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
